Terms of use

Last updated . Please read these terms and the risks before deploying a robot.

Who we are

The Voltora website is operated by ("we"). Contact: . By using the website or the Voltora contracts through it, you accept these terms.

What Voltora is

Voltora is a website for interacting with smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. When you deploy a robot, your own wallet sends ETH to the Voltora robot contract, which buys the official token on pons v2 and later sells it under fixed rules: at the robot's target, or after seven days. The rules are described in the docs and enforced by the contracts.

Voltora is a non-custodial interface. We never hold your funds or keys, and we are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or fiduciary. Transactions are signed by you in your wallet. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction once it is confirmed onchain.

The official token is created on pons v2 and trades on pons and Uniswap v4. Voltora does not issue, sell or market the token, and nothing on the website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token.

Who may use Voltora

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
  • You must not use Voltora where it is unlawful for you, or if you live in or are a resident of a restricted region: . New robot purchases may be blocked in some regions; existing robots keep working and you can always withdraw.
  • You must not be a sanctioned person: anyone on the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, the UN Security Council consolidated list, or equivalent UK, EU, Canadian or Swiss sanctions lists, or anyone owned or controlled by such a person.
  • You must not use a VPN, proxy or other means to hide your location or get around these restrictions.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws, licensing rules and taxes that apply to you.

No advice, no promised returns

Nothing on the website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. A robot's profit target is a trigger for selling, not a promise or forecast of profit. Past results of any robot say nothing about future results.

Risks you accept

  • You can lose some or all of the ETH you spend on a robot.
  • The token's price is volatile; deadline sales happen at the market price, including at a loss.
  • Sales can be delayed or fail because of network conditions, liquidity, the keeper, or third-party contracts.
  • Voltora depends on pons v2 and Uniswap v4, which we do not control. pons v2 describes itself as unaudited until its reports are published. The Voltora contracts have not had an independent audit.
  • Smart contracts can contain bugs. Blockchain transactions are public and final.
  • Robinhood Chain, its sequencer, RPC and bridges are run by third parties. They can be delayed, unavailable or upgraded.
  • The token can be illiquid or become worthless, and you may be unable to exit a robot when you expect.

Fees

Voltora's contracts charge no fee of their own. Trades pay the pons trading fee and the token's creator tax, and your wallet pays network gas. See token fees.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, to access other people's sessions, or to use it for money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful purposes.

Liability

The website and contracts are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from market movements, failed or delayed transactions, third-party contracts, wallet issues, or your use of Voltora. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Not affiliated

Voltora is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., RHDA, LLC or Pons Labs, LLC. Names of networks and protocols are used only to describe where Voltora runs.
